Broker Transition Course Update
RECP is planning to begin enrolling students in its 24-hour broker transition course in mid-July. The course will be offered in several convenient formats: live throughout Indiana, live online and OnDemand. Course schedules and prices will be available soon. RECP is awaiting approval of the course by the Indiana Real Estate Commission, which will not grant final approval of the course until its next meeting on July 11th.

Congress Extends Flood Insurance for 5 Years
Congress has passed a five-year extension of the national flood insurance program and President Obama is expected to sign it into law in the coming week.
