Don't Miss Professional Designation Days
Enroll in this three-day real estate education event and earn credits towards both the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designations. Due to questions concerning the definitions of pre-qualification and pre-approval letters, a joint MIBOR/IAR Task Force met to discuss this issue. The result was a white paper designed to educate REALTORS® on what to look for in a Pre-Approval letter including how to determine whether a lender is properly licensed, income issues, conditions, verification of asset issues and others.
