Brokers: Take CE in
the Classroom or Online with RECP
Indiana brokers need to complete 16 hours of continuing
education by June 30, 2013. The 16 hours must include six mandatory
credit hours and 10 elective credit hours. RECP offers live, two-day CE classes
around the state for just $99. Or take RECP's 16-hour OnDemand (online)

RECP Answers Your Questions
Q: I'm new to real estate and wondering what education is required to obtain a license?
There are two courses required to obtain the required real estate
broker license. An unlicensed person needs to take a 54-hour prelicense
salesperson course and pass a state exam to obtain a real estate
salesperson license. Then, a licensed salesperson must take and pass a
24-hour broker transition course before July 1, 2014 to become a
licensed real estate broker.
