Realtors® welcome DNC visitors to North Carolina
Ten digital billboards go on display today through Sept. 16 to welcome delegates, media and visitors to North Carolina for the Democratic National Convention. View Charlotte Business Journal blog post. Billboards were made possible by grants from the National Association of Realtors® and the North Carolina Association of Realtors® Issues Mobilization fund.
Members: Due to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) activities Uptown and our building being adjacent to the official protest area, the association will be locked and virtually inaccessible during and around Sept. 3-6. We will determine and communicate association operating hours and staffing levels as we get closer to the convention time period. While we will be “open” for urgent situations, our staffing will be at a minimum. We highly discourage in-person visits to our offices during that time. Please only visit the association prior to or after the convention.
