Properly Paying Vendors from your Team

Q: I have just taken a high end listing. The seller has an ad person doing work from California and an upper end broker from a large company along with myself (local person in the small town that will do all the showings), working as a team. Can you recommend a way to make this all work out legally? The ad guy can't be paid a commission since they are not licensed and the seller won't pay them unless the property sells. What do we do when the ad guy wants to get paid out of closing? Read Answer »
