Legally speaking

Funds need to be wired for closings beginning April 6
As was discussed in an earlier article, legislation was passed late last year that amends Ohio’s “Good Funds” law. As a result of this legislation, a buyer (or a seller who has to provide funds to close) will no longer be able to bring cash, a personal or cashier’s check or money order to a closing if the aggregate amount exceeds $1,000. Instead, beginning on April 6, 2017, such funds will have to be wired.

Today, a follow-up survey shows that only 16 percent are pessimistic about conditions during the year, a decrease of 17 percent.

Coaching Corner

Vision, alignment and execution just for you!
One of the tools that I love working with is the DiSC Work of Leaders Assessment — using it both with groups and individuals. This assessment breaks down into three categories: Vision, Alignment and Execution.  The more I work with this, the more applicable it appears to be in many areas. Today, I want to address it in terms of how it works for you as an individual.
