Ohio REALTORS report the number of single-family homes and condominiums put under agreement in May 2017 held steady with the level posted during the month a year ago.
General Assembly breaks for summer recess after busy first half of year
The Ohio legislature has wrapped up the first six months of the 132nd General Assembly and is now headed off for a long summer recess before returning in the fall. While the bulk of the last six months has been occupied by deliberations on the state’s operating budget, there have been significant issues discussed in and around the statehouse. However, less than 20 bills were enacted and sent to the governor for his consideration. Of these, three were budget bills containing many policy issues.

Beauty and your beast
Today is a good day! Yesterday, however, sucked! For most of the day, I felt cranky and uncomfortable in my own skin. This may feel familiar to you as well. The bigger problem was that I was feeling agitated by how I felt, so it just got worse! This is how things work — when we continue to put our attention on something we do not like, it just gets bigger! The good news is that it works in the positive as well. But apparently I was not having any of it yesterday!
