2011 Professional Standards Training
Stops Scheduled in February
IAR is pleased to announce that Bruce Aydt will again lead its annual Professional Standards Training, making five stops around the state in February.  As many of you know, Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his classes.  But, it is his wit that past students say make his classes come alive.

A New Communications Vehicle from IAR
Two weeks ago today, the IAR Government Affairs team began publishing a weekly legislative and political update entitled Capitol Corner.  This is an addition to the team's contribution to the twice monthly Indiana REALTOR® Advocate you're reading now and more in-depth.  It was perfect timing, too, as legislators had just convened for the 117th Indiana General Assembly and politicians from around the state seemed ready to start discussing the next couple of election cycles.

Here's the first edition.  If you'd like to receive this type of news directly, you must subscribe.  Don't worry.  Capitol Corner is free.  We just enacted the subscription step as a way to respect our members' inboxes.

Home Buyers & Sellers Profile
2010 Profile
The annual Home Buyers & Sellers Profile was conducted in conjunction with NAR.  We piggybank our survey on top of NAR's national work, so the survey is specific to Indiana.  Recent buyers and sellers are surveyed on a host of issues regarding their experience.  We are confident you'll find it a useful piece as you plan for 2011.
