Welcome...

... to the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Communications Center, the hub of online communication from IAR to its members and the public.

IAR uses the Center in three different ways - messaging, events and advocacy.  Here you can revisit past communications, sign-up to receive future IAR communications, share information with others and look-up your elected officials.

Please know IAR values your privacy; read our Privacy Policy here.

Messaging

The Indiana REALTOR® Advocate is an e-mail sent by IAR to all members on the first and third Friday of each month.  It contains information on association events, state legislative news and updates from the legal affairs department.

IAR also sends its members and interested individuals an e-mail once a month when the Indiana Real Estate Markets Report* has been released and may send geographically-targeted or broker-only e-mails on classes offered by the recently acquired Real Estate Certification Programs, Inc. (RECP).

* The Indiana Real Estate Markets Report is also available under the Reports tab of indianaishome.com.

Events

IAR hosts two major events per year the Fall Conference in September and the Winter Legislative Conference in January.  Online, paid registration is offered for these events, as well as the annual Professional Standards Training series (February) and a few special association-sponsored CE classes, through the Center.

While not technically an event, this particular function of the Center allows IAR to raise monies, online, for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Read our Refund Policy here.

Advocacy

Government affairs department staff uses the Center to issue Calls for Action (CFAs) to rally member support for or opposition against pieces of legislation.  CFAs come in the form of an e-mail and offer members the opportunity to easily and quickly contact their state legislators by e-mail.
