Welcome to the LR Political Action Center

The Louisiana REALTORS online Political Action Center serves as the primary conduit for LR's grassroots advocacy efforts and legislative calls-to-action on issues that impact real estate in our state. LR's primary focus in 2011 is our initiative to pass a constitutional amendment in the November 19th election that will prohibit future real estate transfer taxes in the state of Louisiana. The amendment passed unanimously in the state legislature this spring, and our "Vote FOR Amendment #1 to Stay Tax Free" campaign is underway to educate the state's voters on this critical measure.
