As
GLVAR’s Government Affairs Director, Sean assists the association with
public policy, political, and regulatory matters. He also oversees the
fundraising efforts of our Political Action Committees.
Prior
to joining the CARRARA GROUP, Sean served as in Intelligence Officer in
the United States Air Force at various installations throughout the United States
with his final Active Duty assignment at Nellis Air Force Base. While
much of Sean’s work remains classified, some of his proudest moments
came while commanding Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicle missions in
operations over Iraq and Afghanistan. His team provided aerial intelligence to US soldiers on the ground and coordinated strikes on Taliban forces in Afghanistan. Captain Sean Fellows is a decorated veteran of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Mr. Fellows received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Saint Thomas. Additionally, he had the honor of studying abroad in Cuba, England and Ireland. Sean is currently a Master’s Degree candidate at UNLV in the History of U.S. Foreign Policy, with an emphasis on U.S. and Latin American relations. Sean is proud to serve on multiple state boards and commissions.
Sean
is married to Katie Fellows an attorney at Jones Vargas. They enjoy
traveling, playing golf and spending time with their Cavalier King
Charles Spaniels Lord Stanley & Ryder.

Joe Brezny

Joe Brezny has been an effective advocate for elected officials, candidates, and issues for more than two decades. He has managed winning campaign teams at the local, state, and federal levels.
Most
recently, Joe was the Executive Director of the Nevada GOP Senate
Caucus, serving as chief strategist to nine state senators. During the last presidential election cycle, he was the Nevada State Director for the Romney for President campaign. His
expertise in the areas of grassroots strategy and tactical execution
enabled him to manage a statewide team of operatives to a 39 percentage
point margin of victory in the presidential primary caucus.
He also enjoys any hobby that takes him out of cellular service range. Joe is a scuba divemaster, and has logged over 300 hours underwater on dives from Curacao to the Molokini Crater.
In August 2006, he climbed to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. He still frequently hikes in the mountains around Las Vegas.

Tiffany James

Tiffany
James moved to Las Vegas in 2006 from Austin, Texas. She works as
director of communications and RPAC for the Greater Las Vegas
Association of REALTORS®.
In
the government affairs department, she collects, maintains and reports
political survival fund account activity to the Board of REALTORS®
Political Action Committee trustees. She also assists Government Affairs
Directors Sean Fellows and Joe Brezny with distribution of the
political affairs newsletter. Aside from her government affairs duties,
she is also responsible for coordinating all public relations requests
and initiatives for GLVAR and maintaining the association's Facebook and
Twitter accounts.
Before
she moved to Nevada, Ms. James worked for an Ad Valorm Tax Law Firm,
where she performed property value study audits for over 80 clients. She
assisted school districts from all over the state of Texas in
submitting correct property value study records to the State of Texas
Comptroller's Office. These corrections resulted in hundreds of
thousands of dollars in additional funding for school districts.
Prior
to her work with the law firm, she was one of the first 40 employees
who assisted in the development of Del Webb's Sun City in Texas. She
worked in various departments within the Del Webb Corporation, from the
customer service department to the accounting department. While employed
with Del Webb, she received the coveted Excalibur Award for the
creation of a new program that was implemented company-wide.
