Registration RPAC of Illinois developed this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. the following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the REALTOR® Action Center. We will never sell your information. We may share your information with other REALTORS® or REALTOR® organizations for uses related to the legislative, political and grassroots campaigns of the Illinois an?dispMode=editd National Associations of REALTORS® (IAR and NAR). Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name and email address). We use that contact information to send the user updates and alerts about IAR and NAR campaigns and, when necessary, to contact the user.

Opt-Out Users can not to receive further RPAC of Illinois on-line solicitations at any time by visiting the Subscription Management Page or sending an email to RPAC of Illinois.

Correction/Updating Personal Information If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us: Subscription Management Page. 

Cookies If a user chooses to register with our web site, a cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. This cookie is valid for two years, and saves the user the time of having to log in every time they visit our web site. If a user rejects the cookie, they are still able to use our site by logging in. Cookies also enable us to enhance the experience on our site by customizing content based on the user's interests. Records of these activities are stored in our database, but this information is not shared with any third parties. Our organization only reads the email messages and faxes sent out from the REALTOR® Action Center if the user chooses to send a copy of the message to us.

Spread the Word If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the email address. We automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. The email addresses of these friends are not stored in our database.
